We want you to love every piece of your Treehouse Schoolhouse wardrobe, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact to avoid processing delays.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
